Application Notes：Purified human IgE with kappa light chain is produced in vitro from amonoclonal hybridoma. Original material was obtained from a healthydonor tested negative for HIV, HCV and hepatitis B by using USFDA-approved tests. Purity of human IgE is >98% by SDS-PAGE analysis.
Antigen：This is a non-immune hybridoma.
Format（形态）：Each vial contains 0.1 mg IgE in 0.1 ml (1 mg/ml) of PBS pH7.4, 0.1% BSAwith 0.09% sodium azide. Antibody was purified by Protein-L affinity chromatography.

Storage（保存）：Store at -20°C. Minimize freeze-thaw cycles. The material must behandled as potentially infectious as all human material. Product isguaranteed one year from the date of shipment.
Description（产品描述）：
This product is purified human IgE with kappa light chains produced invitro from a hybridoma. Plasma IgE concentrations are low in normalpatients. Elevated IgE levels are found in patients presenting severeallergic reactions and parasite infections. Original material wasobtained from a healthy donor tested negative for HIV, HCV and hepatitisB by using US FDA-approved tests. Purity of human IgE is > 98% bySDS-PAGE analysis. There is no contamination by antibodies of otherisotypes because of the cell line origin. Contaminants from foetalbovine serum were removed by Protein-L affinity chromatography. Thematerial must be handled as potentially infectious as all humanmaterial. The product can be used as a control.
